first let me explain I love to eat junk food and I do break down from time to time…but for the most part I do stick to it
Second, I hate HATE! veggies!
8am or first thing when I wake up: grab a blender mix Ice, cup of Oatmeal, Protein, and A Banana or 75 grams of bluebarries.. since i don’t have a scale any more.. a hand full will work lol …. oh a fat burner and Vitaims
12 lunch meal: laugh all you want.. I call them my diet Tacos… I order 2 chicken fajias tacos with a slice of alvocado and corn tortilla
3 pm: down a protein shake and my second fat burner.
5-6 pm: KFC GRILLED chicken breast with mashpotatoes ( no GRAVY ) and corn…. ( when opening the box, grab the biscuit and toss that fucker as far as you can )
Now the fun!
pre-work out drink…. get it!!….you feel like you can run 5 miles easy!

WORKOUT! I MEAN REALLY WORKOUT YOUR SHIRT SOAK IN SWEAT TYPE OF WORKOUT lately my sister teaching me crossfit work out.. a fast past weight lefting… it tough…your will feel like jello when your done.. your not going to wanna to do it….EVER AGAIN!
BLOCK THAT SHIT OUT! and push yourself… fucking do it!
after your work out drink your protein shake I also mix in something at call B.C.C.A ( something to help feed your muscles you work on with protein )
Congradulate yourself for a job well done!!! cuz we are doing this tomorrow again….remember your goal and where you wanna be at….YOU WILL SEE RESULTS!
and when you do that’s when then REAL FUN BEGINS cuz it’s no longer a job….It’s fun!
