My weight lost program
first let me explain I love to eat junk food and I do break down from time to time…but for the most part I do stick to it Second, I hate HATE! veggies! 8am or first thing when I wake up: grab a blender mix Ice, cup of Oatmeal, Protein, and A Banana or 75 grams of bluebarries.. since i don’t have a scale any more.. a hand full will work lol …. oh a fat burner and Vitaims 12...
